Use techniques and hardware to stay Healthy

Sometimes it would be nice to start over from scratch with the aquired knowledge from experience, not having to go through the trouble of pioneering and making mistakes, or rather accept the off-target energy-spoilers as feedback.

You can follow a teacher, leader or guru, participate in workshops, read books, discuss or dialog in groups and forums and still have the feeling it doesn’t quite fit the idealized image of being totally present in the now. Mindfullness exercises and meditation aside still leaves the feeling of something missing.

Relax. All is well. Now is all there is. No past, no future.

Experiencing flow is a great motivator. Intensive physical movement like dancing really works as a static wave in which you can experience this being one with your mind, focus and body.
